Support for YAFFS and ARM Linux is available from Aleph One
YAFFS is available both as free software, under the GNU GPL, and under the Aleph One Licence. We provide different support and consulting services on its use with particular hardware and OSes as described below.
We provide YAFFS support and documentation at a negotiable price; guide prices in GBP are:

For the GOLD level please contact us with a description of the project. Our standard charge for short-period consulting time is GBP800 per day. If you would prefer to sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements before discussing your requirements with us, and do not have your own, we have a standard one which is usually suitable. You or we can sign and send by post.
Sustained serious work is the subject of negotiated contracts which describe exactly what are the tasks and the cost. Support for simpler matters can usually be obtained in exchange for a payment of GB£50 to us through PayPal, for which sum we will spend time dealing with your questions by telephone or email.
Mailing list
There is a YAFFS mailing list for the development and discussion of YAFFS. It's a fairly low-traffic list. You will be emailed and asked to confirm your subscription request. You can also browse and search the list archives.
